EXCELLENTVerified Perfect transfers between airport, hotels and restaurants We booked our airport transfers, dinner taxis and transport between hotels before we travelled to St Lucia. Good communication and service - 100% recommend.Booking was easy via email with the very helpful Emmalee.We booked the Fast Track arrival for the airport - well worth it as our flight landed after 3 or 4 from the US and we were guided straight past the long queue to our waiting driver. He had snacks, chilled water and Piton beer to greet us - a great start!All the drivers were excellent, friendly and on time. Kervin looked after us for most trips including the 2 long drives to and from the North of the island. He made light work of the windy roads whilst we relaxed, perfect!Posted onVerified Great experience - would book again Overall great experience! David who I was coordinating with was super flexible with payment and scheduling. Our driver Krvin was super chill and nice to be around - minded his own business but was very willing to engage when talked to. I’m glad we didn’t drive because the roads were in poor condition and lots of turns - Krvin was a great driver and we felt very safe. We hired a driver for a 5 day stretch that included a trip from Soufriere to the north and back. My own only complaint was that there was a miscommunication early on where David said a close driver to a restaurant on our first night wouldn’t be charged and I assumed this would be true for the whole trip but it wasn’t so it ended up being more expensive than what I thought. But David was reasonable and we negotiated a middle point. David was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He was able to fix any wish and showed us the so many authentic beautiful things about St. Lucia. The ride was so comfortable with A/C and a real SUV to handle the climbing roads. Kind and provided helpful information as he drove pointing sites along the way and nice cold drinks. He stopped at our request for a snack suggesting a nice local creole bread and cheese with local Piton beer. Carefully driving us through the beautiful mountain side to our Airbnb at mountain view escape. Jason was our guide and was so accommodating to our needs . Not only did he have great knowledge of St Lucia he was also great fun to be with and made the overall tour really memorable. We all enjoyed his company and would highly recommend him.
