This excursion takes you up the East Coast and through the farming community of Desrisseaux into the Des Cartier Rainforest Reserve where you enjoy the flora and fauna of our tropical rain forest. There is a good chance of seeing our national bird, The St. Lucian Parrot and other wildlife.

Location
Located in southeastern St. Lucia, about 1.5 hours from Castries. Main road is just north of the east coast village of Micoud.

Trail Experience
Located 1,800 feet above sea level through moist tropical and montane forest. A truly immersive rainforest nature experience.
Getting There
6 miles and 30-45 minute drive from the main east coast road. Follow signposts through village of Anbre to the trailhead.
